HR Generalist with over 25 years experience working as HR , admin and customer service engagement person.As the Head of Human Resources and Admin with a demonstrated history of working in the Oil & Gas, Transportation, Pharmaceuticals and ICT and consulting Industries, she is Skilled in Negotiation, Management, Training, and Human Resources.

She started her Human Resources career with TNT/IAS Express Limited in the Courier Industry as Deputy HR Manager and latter rose to become the HR Manager, where she was able to manage the human resources productively in the phase of Industrial Relations challenges. Elizabeth moved to Nett Pharmacy in the Community Pharmacy Industry and Dreamworks Integrated Systems Limited in the ICT industry, both Retail Chain Businesses as HR Manager. She established the HR Departments in both organisations and lead the operational structuring of both companies and the rolling out of branches.

Elizabeth has first degree in History and international studies. she also proceeded with a Masters degree in Industrial relations and personnel management from the prestigious university of Lagos , Akoka. She is presently a member of the following professional organization

1.Chartered institute of personnel management of Nigeria , CIPM
2. Nigeria institute of public relations.

A strong human resources professional with both generic and hr specialist competency .

Tayo Oluwole

Tayo oluwole is a CMD certified trainer and a Fellow of the Institute of Management consultant. He had his formal education & training in business Management, International Business, Corporate Administration, Marketing Management, Project Management, and Insurance & Risk Management from Imo State University, Wisconsin International University, Chartered Institute of Administration, National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria, Project Management College, UK, and West Africa Insurance Institute WAII, (The Gambia) respectively.

He is also a Professional studying member of the Institute of Leadership and Management UK, and an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Administration (ACIA) and National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (ANIMN), Institute of Professional Recruitment Consultants Nigeria & UK respectively (APRC), Institute of Management Consultant (MIMC) and Nigeria Institute of Training & Development (AITD) respectively.

He has over 16 years of professional extensive and diversified experience in Business Development, Sales and Marketing Management, Customer Service, and Consulting & Training spanning the FMCG, Consumer durables & Luxury, Healthcare insurance/ management and Financial services industries. He has been a Relationship manager at various and Head of Planning and Corporate Strategy at GTAssur (now Mansard Insurance plc), Leaderworld, Wapic Insurance and IGI Group.

He is also an expert trainer in Management, Sales & marketing, Strategic Management, Business process improvement, Leadership Development, Customer Service, Productivity Improvement and Personal Effectiveness. He is a regular contributor to professional journals in Outsourcing ,Marketing, Administration/Management and is a management consultant per excellence. A performance coach, he continues to develop solutions in business strategies, marketing and sales management, client relationship management, integrated communication strategies and Continuous Process improvement.

Ngozichukwu Etuk

Executive Consultant- Southern Nigeria

Ngozi is a certified management trainer accredited by the Nigeria council for management development . As an Experienced Human Resource Specialist Consultant with a demonstrated history of Executive Management in the industry, she is also a Neuro-linguistic programming Practitioner, Life Coach and Trainer with Coaching Specialty in Business and Career.

At HRLeverage, Ngozi’s manages our office at Eket in Akwa Ibom and her operational tasks includes Designing, developing and providing qualitative training and consulting interventions for clients within the southern part of Nigeria.

She is an Alumnus of Enterprise Development Center, Pan Atlantic University , University of Jos and Centre for management development – CMD.

Oghenemaro Jonathan

Jonathan is  certified Project Manager with quantifiable years of experience with a verifiable track record of using technology to solve business problems and exceeding expectations. Practiced in writing BRD’s and FRD’s, performing gap analysis between goals and existing skill sets, extensive experience in the SDLC methodology, strong interpersonal skills and highly efficient at facilitating discussions and negotiations with stakeholders.

He is an alumnus of university of Benin and University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, United States of America.

Jonathan in his past experience has worked with Accenture

 Specialties: Improving Customer Value Proposition through the use of technology, supply chain management, project management, process management, Leadership and team building, business strategy.

Adetola Adelusi


Adetola Adelusi is currently a Business Consultant with HRLeverage Africa where he works with clients’ executives to develop and implement sustainable and innovative strategies to increase the organizations’ bottom line and also leverage on their internal strengths to achieve corporate goals. His focus includes change management, improving business performance, increasing employee engagement and satisfaction and resource optimization.

Adetola started out his professional career in the recruitment department of Human Edge Limited a HR consulting firm where he managed recruitment projects including headhunting for senior executive positions in FMCG, Media, Beverage and construction industries. He was also instrumental to the setup of the payroll system of an international NGO established by Howard University in Nigeria. He then worked with an environmental consulting firm where he implemented a non-monetary motivation scheme which resulted in a 30% increase in productivity and significant reduction in project cost before proceeding for his master’s degree in the United Kingdom.

After his master’s degree, Adetola joined Nextzon Business Services where he managed business process re-engineering project in a top real estate company; the organizational setup of a start-up airline; revision of expansion strategies for a non-interest bank and market feasibility studies in the Agric sector. He was also part of the team of Consultants that reviewed the FSS 2020 initiative of the Nigerian Government through the CBN in 2017.

Later he moved to Rovedana Limited as the Operations Manager where he managed the service delivery across the 3 business lines of the company. He also played a critical role in the design and implementation of a 3-year growth strategy plan for the company.

Adetola has a BSc. In Demography and Social Statistics from Obafemi Awolowo University and an MSc degree in Management Consultancy from the University of Aberdeen under the direct supervision of Julian Randall (a renowned authority in change management and organizational development). He has attended a number of courses including; Platform business models and management course by Centre for Global Enterprise, Human capital strategy course by ACUMEN among others. He is also a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management.

Adetola has engaged in social causes over time including volunteering as HR Advisor with DrinkLink Charity, United Kingdom and an online member of Oxfam International and Cuso International.

Seyi Babatunde ACIPM, AMT

Seyi is a Workforce and Staffing expert with exceptional and experiential background in operational and strategic Human Resource Management within the African business ecosystem.

Seyi’s knowledge areas include but not limited to: Competency Development, Talent Acquisition & Management of Compensation and Benefit Management, HR Information System (HRIS) ERP, Employee Engagement, Policy Formulation & Implementation, HR Business Advisory, Learning & Development.

He has worked and interfaced with top Executives within the C-circles, Line Managers and HR Managers on all issues as it concerns the people management and Talent pipeline. He has been privileged to have worked and alongside implemented initiatives of leading Nigerian entrepreneurs like TY Danjuma, Ibukun Awosika, among others.

Adedoyin Adedeji

Adedoyin handles technology related services at HRLeverage. He is a certified Google Digital Business Manager and certified Internet Webmaster. He is an IT Project manager, digital marketer, writer and a Social Entrepreneur.

He is an Agricultural Engineering graduate from the Federal University of Technology Akure (FUTA), Ondo State, Nigeria and an alumnus of Barack Obama’s Young African Leaders Initiative regional Leadership center (YALI RLC – West Africa).
